Job Summary: The professional will work in Field Service, technically representing ALTAVE in the installation, maintenance, and configuration of AI-powered video surveillance systems at client sites. Our Values We operate in a collaborative, straightforward, and results-oriented environment where autonomy goes hand-in-hand with accountability. * Challenges inspire us * Integrity and honesty in relationships * Mutual trust as the foundation of work * Autonomy with responsibility and excellence * We are spirited Responsibilities * Perform Field Service, technically representing ALTAVE at client installations and industrial facilities. * Carry out assembly, installation, configuration, commissioning, and activation of new physical and logical systems. * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on cameras, sensors, equipment, power infrastructure, and other assets. * Monitor field system performance and act proactively to reduce failures and downtime. * Conduct remote diagnostics and maintenance jointly with the monitoring center. * Ensure integration, configuration, and calibration of field equipment with ALTAVE’s AI systems and modules. * Perform hardware, basic electrical, connectivity, and local network infrastructure troubleshooting. * Support root cause analysis of recurring failures alongside support, maintenance, and engineering teams. * Prepare service reports, technical records, and detailed documentation after each site visit. * Ensure proper organization of materials, tools, and equipment required for field activities. * Comply with ALTAVE’s and clients’ established technical, operational, and access procedures. Requirements * Completed technical education in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Computer Networks, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Availability for frequent travel and schedule flexibility for on-site assignments. * Practical experience in installation and preventive/corrective maintenance of equipment, networks, or automated systems. * Knowledge of hardware, basic electricity, and measurement instruments. * Knowledge of computer networks, connectivity, cabling, and physical communication link diagnostics. * Ability to read and interpret diagrams, manuals, and technical documentation. * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License — Category B. * Organizational skills, self-management, and problem-solving ability. * Availability to work in industrial environments and under varying operational conditions. * **Active professional registration in the CFT/CRT system or fully regularized documentation eligible for immediate registration issuance.** Preferred Qualifications * Ongoing undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Control & Automation, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience with embedded systems, IoT, automation, or video surveillance. * Experience in industrial installations or on-site technical support at client premises. * Knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, sensors, and communication infrastructure. * Valid NR-10 and NR-35 certifications. * Intermediate English proficiency for reading manuals and technical documentation. Success Metrics * Asset availability and stability following interventions. * Adherence to installation and maintenance schedules. * Reduction in recurrence of service calls for serviced equipment. * Technical quality of installations, diagnostics, and maintenance. * Clarity and timeliness in submitting field reports. * Compliance with agreed procedures and deadlines set by clients.
