Job Summary: An external sales professional responsible for prospecting and managing a retail client portfolio, with a focus on customer retention, profitability, and recovery, requiring continuous learning. Continuous development through training * Prospect new PAP clients with daily client visits. * Manage a retail-profile client portfolio. * Delight, monetize, and retain customers: conduct **post**\-sales activities and periodic visits, while remaining attentive to opportunities. * Recover and shield clients to ensure portfolio profitability, retaining 100% of clients and recovering lost ones. * Participate in training sessions and stay updated on products, processes, and services. * Willingness to travel within the operational region * Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Base salary: R$ 2\.407,00 \+ RVM up to R$ 9\.200,00, with potential earnings up to 11k \+ benefits package and CAREER DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
