We are seeking an **Executive Assistant / CEO’s Associate** for the **São José dos Campos/SP** region to work directly alongside the Group’s CEO, supporting the resolution of strategic, operational, and analytical demands that directly impact the company’s growth. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Solving diverse problems alongside the CEO; * Structuring analyses, spreadsheets, and dashboards to support decision-making; * Organizing and tracking projects (strategic and operational); * Identifying issues, improving processes, and implementing practical solutions to increase operational efficiency; * Engaging with internal departments, partners, and suppliers to unblock requests; * Developing solutions using AI, automation, and low-code tools when appropriate; * Quickly taking ownership of new topics—even outside your comfort zone; * Executing operational, procedural, and manual tasks. **The profile we seek:** * Experience helps, but attitude is decisive: * A proactive individual with intrinsic motivation, willing to take ownership of problems and solve them. * Ability and curiosity to learn independently (and rapidly) what is needed to understand new contexts—even in completely unfamiliar domains. * Self-directed profile (initiative-taker), with autonomy to test solutions, confidence to act without detailed instructions, and comfort with rapid iteration and learning from mistakes. * Highly analytical, with exceptionally strong logical reasoning and sharp critical thinking; * Hands-on, ego-free mindset—ready to do whatever is required; * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple topics simultaneously; * Effective communication skills to interact with various departments and levels across the company; * Comfort navigating chaotic environments and poorly defined problems. **Requirements** * Early-career professionals, preferably with some prior experience—but behavioral fit is the primary criterion. * Advanced proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets; * Genuine affinity for technology (tech-savvy): we are not seeking an IT specialist, but rather an inquisitive person who quickly learns new tools and enjoys experimenting with novel solutions—typically the person who naturally investigates and resolves technological issues for family or colleagues. **Preferred qualifications** * Completed or ongoing degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or any other field (emphasis will be on skills—not academic background); * Basic understanding of programming logic; * Interest in or experience with data, processes, and technology; * Knowledge of—or strong interest in learning—process automation, AI tools, and simple application development.
