Engineering Supervisor A professional responsible for **coordinating hotel operations and general maintenance**, ensuring full functionality of all systems and facilities within the property. Manages the **maintenance team**, assigns tasks, and oversees preventive and corrective services, ensuring quality, deadlines, and established standards. Additional responsibilities include: * **Supervising installations and equipment** (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, refrigeration, building automation, security systems, IT, among others); * **Managing suppliers and third-party companies**, including quotations, contracts, and technical oversight; * **Controlling service orders, reports, and technical documentation** of the department; * Ensuring compliance with **safety regulations, use of PPE, and legal procedures**; * Responding to **emergency situations**, including participation in the fire brigade; * Supporting **project, construction, and improvement (CAPEX) management**; * Contributing to initiatives on **sustainability and operational efficiency**. **Required Qualifications** * Experience in general operations and maintenance, repair, and operation of large-scale building systems, preferably in hospitality, with leadership of multidisciplinary and functional teams. * Solid experience in electrical, electro-electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, air conditioning, refrigeration, fire protection and suppression systems, building automation; telephony and IT network systems, TV signal distribution and IT networks, carpentry, and general knowledge of materials used in building installations. * Experience with chillers, cooling towers, fan coil units, pumps, motors, compressors, supply and exhaust fans. * Experience with boilers, pumps, and auxiliary equipment; * Hands-on experience with complex electrical control systems, controls, and automation. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings related to the above disciplines. * Proficiency in microcomputer applications and Microsoft Office suite.
