We are looking for a dynamic, communicative professional with a strong sales profile to join our client’s team in the education sector. Responsibilities: Expand our student base by proactively engaging in both prospecting and relationship management, ensuring growth of the educational center. Recruit and enroll new students, adopting a consultative approach to identify the best course solutions for each individual profile. Participate in promotional activities (internal and external), events, and partnerships to broaden the reach of our educational offerings within the community. Provide outstanding support and service to prospective and current students (in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp), managing the sales funnel and ensuring satisfaction. Support the organization and smooth operation of administrative and sales routines at the center, ensuring proper document management and follow-up on enrollments. What We’re Looking For: Results-Oriented: Proven experience or strong aptitude in sales, negotiation, and goal achievement. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with ease in building connections and relationships. Proactivity and Organization: Hands-on attitude, autonomy, and organizational ability to manage multiple tasks and the sales pipeline. Requirement: Prior experience in sales or customer service with a focus on sales.
