The ideal candidate is a mid-level developer with strong autonomy and maturity, experienced in planning, implementing, and maintaining new business-rule-driven features. Typically, our projects involve API development, login system creation, dashboards, and other common system components—always emphasizing readable, maintainable, and secure code. In every delivery, we emphasize functional excellence and adherence to web aesthetic standards. Most of our development teams consist of two or three full-stack developers, one tech lead, and one QA analyst—with minor variations in composition to suit project demands. We operate collaboratively and seek developers who not only code but also contribute actively to the team by proposing new ideas and fostering discussions to improve both the project and our internal processes. Candidates are expected to be participatory, communicate effectively (especially remotely), adapt easily, and commit fully to the team and agreed-upon deadlines. Requirements: Proficiency in core HTML5 web features and basic CSS knowledge; Experience with Javascript (with Typescript); Solid foundation in Python-based system development (at least two systems); Database knowledge; A home office environment with reliable internet access (we provide remote work allowance and equipment). Desirable: Knowledge of web aesthetic standards; Experience with Vue.js or React; Familiarity with FastAPI; Knowledge of automated testing (pytest or JEST); Basic English proficiency; Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM); Linux fundamentals; Version control fundamentals (GIT). Benefits: Meal allowance (average value R$ 500.00 deposited into bank account); Optional health insurance (50% coverage—Porto Seguro plan); Optional dental insurance (50% coverage—Amil Dental plan); Remote work allowance (R$ 120.00 deposited into bank account); Structured career development plan; Quarterly financial incentive for books and courses (R$ 150.00 provided); Profit-sharing program (PLR); Life insurance (no payroll deduction). Additional Information: We maintain an office in Jabaquara, South Zone of São Paulo–SP, but operate fully remotely, with no plans for on-site or hybrid work. We provide financial support for remote work setup and, optionally, work equipment. During application, the website asks several questions critical to candidate screening—your answers significantly aid the interview stage, so please respond carefully. The selection process includes resume evaluation, interviews, and a practical test (note: feedback regarding applications/challenges/tests is limited to confirmation of whether the candidate proceeds to the next stage).
