Work model: On-site Unit: Osasco \- SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Scientist III, you will work in the Analytics Management, and your main activities will include: * Applying Data Science, Machine Learning, and statistical methodologies for data analysis and generation of strategic insights for the Ombudsman's Office. * Developing, adapting, or evolving analytical and predictive models in partnership with corporate technical teams. * Collecting, exploring, and preparing data to build robust analyses, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and customer experience. * Collaborating with business areas to identify problems, propose analytical solutions, and support data-driven decisions. * Analyzing scenarios, patterns, and trends, translating technical results into actionable business insights. * Supporting the definition and evolution of strategic indicators and analyses feeding dashboards and executive views. * Monitoring the performance of developed models and analyses, evaluating results, data quality, and alignment with business objectives. * Providing technical support to junior professionals, contributing to the analytical and technical maturity of the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Proven experience as a Data Scientist, working on medium- to high-complexity analytical projects. * Solid knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and Machine Learning techniques. * Experience building, adapting, or consuming predictive models, analytical rules, and quantitative studies. * Proficiency in data-oriented programming languages such as Python, R, Scala, SAS, or similar. * Knowledge of Cloud Computing tools and environments for developing or consuming analytical solutions. * Completed undergraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
