**Position Name** – **Commercial Quality Coordinator**
Work Location: Campinas, SP
Work Model: On-site
Company: CPFL Paulista – A company of the CPFL Energia Group.
**Prerequisites:**
* Bachelor’s degree required;
* Must be available to work in Campinas (headquarters);
* Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA;
* Preferred: Knowledge of electricity sector regulation;
**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
* Engage in departmental processes, interfacing with other company departments and the Executive Office to reduce complaints.
* Provide support to legal teams and lead actions to prevent litigation.
* Coordinate the quality management of the commercial department’s processes and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational guidelines and focus on continuous improvement.
* Establish and disseminate operational excellence methodologies—including PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM (Business Process Management)—to promote discipline in routine management and improvement projects.
* Manage performance indicators for commercial processes, ensuring consistency, critical analysis, and effective use of information for decision-making.
* Promote periodic reviews of commercial area processes, ensuring updates, standardization, and compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
* Interface with PROCON (Consumer Protection and Defense Program) to identify process improvement opportunities and reduce demands originating from this agency.
* Coordinate internal and external audits of commercial processes, overseeing preparation, monitoring, and corrective action plan implementation.
* Proactively manage operational and regulatory risks, supporting operational areas in identifying vulnerabilities and developing controls.
* Develop and maintain documentation for commercial processes, ensuring traceability and institutional alignment.
* Support the evolution of the department’s strategic projects by integrating quality, standardization, and efficiency perspectives from conception through sustainment.
* Collaborate with partner areas—including IT (Information Technology), Legal, Regulation, and Internal Controls—to ensure consistency, security, and integrity in commercial process execution.
* Promote a culture of excellence and customer focus within the team and internal partners, reinforcing quality as an organizational value.
* Coordinate teams involved in commercial processes, fostering a collaborative environment, focusing on organizational climate and personnel development, and ensuring delivery quality.
