Main Responsibilities * Provide patient care, clarifying questions about exams and procedures. * Prepare and present medical exam quotes. * Apply sales techniques to convert leads and close appointments. * Ensure prompt service delivery, providing an excellent patient experience. * Accompany the patient throughout the entire process until appointment confirmation. * Address objections and offer personalized solutions. * Work toward conversion, retention, and performance targets. * Identify opportunities to offer complementary services. * Support other departments as needed. Requirements * Proven experience in commercial, sales, or customer service roles. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Negotiation and persuasion skills. * Organization, proactivity, and resilience. * Familiarity with WhatsApp Business. * Proficiency in Excel and Word. * Excellent spelling. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Experience in public-facing roles. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in medical clinics, hospitals, or healthcare services. * Experience selling medical services and converting quotes into appointments. * Knowledge of clinic management systems.
