Visit Accenture at accenture.com. **The Opportunity:** Accenture is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead strategic initiatives in the Financial Services sector, with a focus on data science, advanced modeling, analytics, customer segmentation, and artificial intelligence. In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives, combining executive vision and technical depth to lead data science teams, engage clients in strategic discussions, and ensure excellence in analytical transformation projects. We seek a candidate with strong experience applying data science in the financial sector, leadership capability, fluency at the intersection of technology and business, and the ability to position analytical solutions as competitive differentiators for clients across the financial ecosystem. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Lead data science, advanced analytics, and AI consulting projects for financial services clients—ensuring technical excellence, scope management, and executive relationship stewardship. * Define analytical solution architectures, select methodological approaches, and guide technical teams in developing scoring, segmentation, fraud detection, default prediction, and product personalization models. * Bridge business vision and analytical capabilities to translate complex challenges into scalable, explainable, and strategically aligned data science solutions. * Develop and present executive recommendations integrating quantitative modeling, business impact, and implementation roadmaps to senior leadership and committees. * Manage multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, analysts, and engineers—promoting technical quality, people development, and a results-oriented delivery culture. * Establish model governance frameworks, performance monitoring, model risk management, and MLOps best practices in regulated financial services environments. * Support clients in developing data and analytics strategies—including analytical maturity assessments, use-case prioritization, and target capability definition. * Coordinate schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality—proactively resolving deviations and managing stakeholder expectations. * Support proposals, RFPs, and strategic client relationships—contributing to the growth of Accenture’s Data & AI practice in the financial sector. **What We’re Looking For In You:** * Solid experience applying data science in the financial sector—through consulting or technical leadership roles in banks, fintechs, finance companies, insurers, or credit bureaus. * Advanced mastery of machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, segmentation, and clustering—with the ability to guide methodological choices in highly complex contexts. * Experience across the full production model development lifecycle—including governance, monitoring, model risk management, and regulatory compliance. * Fluency at the intersection of business, data, technology, and operations—with the ability to integrate product, risk, compliance, and IT perspectives into cohesive solutions. * Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams—including data scientists, analysts, and data engineers—in consulting or transformation project settings. * Advanced English proficiency for meetings, executive presentations, and global interactions. * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Quantitative Economics, or related fields; MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus. **Additionally, desirable knowledge includes:** * Proven experience leading credit modeling, fraud detection, behavioral customer segmentation, delinquency management, or product personalization projects at large financial institutions. **Benefits:** Health Insurance – 100% company-subsidized (for employee and dependents) Dental Insurance ️ Meal or Food Allowance – no payroll deduction ️ Life Insurance Private Pension Plan ️ Welhub\* Discounted company stock purchase option Pharmacy Discount\* Childcare Assistance\* Language School Partnership\* ‍‍ Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave PPR\* * As per current policy * **Work Tools:** Corporate Car; * Fuel Allowance; or Mobility Allowance. * As per current policy.
