Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchaser to develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate contractual terms, and manage product mix in the food retail sector. Key Highlights: 1. Product mix management and inventory monitoring **Purchaser \- Armazém da Maria \- Campinas \- Temporary Position** Requirements: Bachelor's degree completed; **Proven experience as a Purchaser in food retail/wholesale companies;** Experience in high-volume purchasing; Intermediate Excel proficiency. **What will be your responsibilities?** Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Negotiate contractual terms, competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and delivery schedules; Execute purchasing activities, including volume definition, ideal mix development, and purchase order issuance; Ensure profitability of the managed portfolio and assume responsibility for potential stockouts; Monitor inventory levels of the managed portfolio, forecast future demand, and ensure product availability as required; Set pricing for the managed portfolio, adhering to company-established guidelines; Track performance and onboarding of new products and suppliers; Define sales mechanics jointly with suppliers. Monday to Friday, fully onsite; Onsite cafeteria; Transportation allowance; Basic food basket.
