Collaboration with internal departments to meet requirements Job Description: HBJ Biomassa, a leading company in the timber and reforestation market, is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Junior Purchaser. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers; * Issue and track purchase orders; * Develop and maintain supplier relationships; * Monitor delivery deadlines and ensure order fulfillment; * Support efforts to reduce procurement costs and improve purchasing processes; * Update departmental registrations and controls; * Prepare procurement reports and KPIs; * Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill requirements. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in procurement, preferably in the agricultural sector; knowledge of procurement and negotiation processes; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate-level Excel; * Strong communication skills, organization, proactivity, and analytical ability.
