Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing members’ portfolios, supporting branch management, and marketing financial products and services. Key Highlights: 1. Managing individual and corporate members’ portfolios and prospecting new business opportunities. 2. Marketing financial products and services and conducting negotiations. 3. Supporting management and guiding the team on business rules. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Manage individual and/or corporate members’ portfolios, ensuring high-quality relationships, member retention, and identification of business opportunities. * Support the Branch Manager by assisting in achieving targets, performance indicators, and operational and commercial responsibilities. * Market products and services, delivering presentations, conducting negotiations, and ensuring alignment with members’ needs. * Monitor requests forwarded to the branch, guiding the team on business rules, service procedures, and operational guidelines. * Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, and standards, promoting best practices and mitigating risks. * Conduct commercial planning and prospect new members, identifying expansion opportunities and strengthening the cooperative’s membership base. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields; * ANBIMA certification, CPA-10 or CPA-20; * Knowledge of financial products and services; * Prior experience in a financial institution. **Desirable Requirements:** * Postgraduate degree in related fields; * CEA. **Note:** * Availability to work in Goiânia, in the Campinas, Central, and Central Shopping Gallo districts. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Parking allowance, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher, Wellhub
