**Job Description**
Provide support for the company’s operational activities, ensuring proper process flow and accurate information reporting to clients. Ensure adherence to operational status deadlines and alignment among departments involved in operational activities.
**Responsibilities**
* Follow coordination guidelines for operational activities related to client communication.
* Critically analyze documented instructions received during operational process execution.
* Support resolution of operational issues, escalating occurrences to leadership when necessary.
* Assist in preparing and managing operational reports and performance indicators.
* Ensure process compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
* Verify required documentation for operations according to the previously defined scope.
* Monitor progress of service orders, ensuring they remain within established deadlines.
**Qualifications**
* Completed high school education
* Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Administration or related field
* Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite)
* Minimum basic English proficiency
