At Grupo KSL, we are looking for an analytical HR Assistant to serve as the right hand of our People Management Supervision team. Your mission will be to transform data into valuable insights to enhance the experience of our 200+ employees. **Your Responsibilities (Supporting the Supervision Team):** * Consolidate HR metrics (Turnover, Absenteeism, and Performance KPIs). * Maintain dashboards and control spreadsheets rigorously up to date. * Assist with logistics and content creation for Training (T\&D). * Conduct climate surveys and exit interviews. * Support endomarketing initiatives and internal engagement events. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Administration. * **Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency** (you must love formulas and charts!). * Organized profile with a focus on execution and processes. * Strong written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
