Assembly Leader

Description

* Establish the division of assembly tasks among department employees; * Verify compliance with specifications provided in drawings and instructions; * Perform daily production reporting (follow up). * Procure and control the consumption of general manufacturing expenses: process materials, tools, hygiene and cleaning supplies, and safety materials. * Monitor employees' working hours and individual productivity. * Coordinate assigned manufacturing tasks and work orders to achieve established targets. * Supervise personnel under direct command, ensuring discipline, harmony, high morale, and adherence to company policies. * Maintain equipment, machines, and control instruments used at the workstation. * Suggest and collect suggestions from production staff and the team regarding process changes and improvements. **Requirements:** High school diploma completed Minimum two years of leadership experience in the field is mandatory. **Preferred Qualification:** Technical or higher education in fields such as Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Management is preferred.
