Marketing process organization and standardization #### **About the Role:** A strategic marketing position focused on CRM, customer segmentation, and performance analysis. The professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring campaigns, ensuring proper use of databases, process standardization, and generation of insights to optimize commercial and promotional results. #### **Main Responsibilities:** Plan and execute target-audience segmentation strategies for CRM campaigns; Create, manage, and maintain segmented databases using tools such as SAP Emarsys; Develop and monitor promotional calendars, ensuring alignment with suppliers and internal departments; Conduct campaign and product performance analyses, including sell-out tracking via dashboards; Schedule and request email marketing dispatches, ensuring correct segmentation and adherence to timelines; Import and manage segmented databases in the CRM system (Cetelem), ensuring data integrity and reliability; Prepare standardized offer spreadsheets, including calculations of promotional mechanics; Monitor campaign results and support report preparation for suppliers and managers; Ensure process organization, standardization, and maintenance of historical records and documentation. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields; Experience with CRM, customer segmentation, and digital marketing strategies (preferred); Knowledge of automation and segmentation tools (SAP Emarsys) and CRM systems; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel as a plus; Analytical ability to interpret data and performance metrics; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines; Strong communication skills and ease of interaction with suppliers and internal teams; Experience with promotional campaigns and calendar management is desirable. #### **Benefits:** Family Health Assistance Network Comprehensive support for you and your loved ones—because well-being starts at home.
