Submit your profile to our talent pool! **OUR OPPORTUNITY:** ACTUARY I The actuary will participate in routine reserve department activities, with a focus on local reporting. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Generate, process, and reconcile databases using SAS and Python. * Calculate local premium and claims reserves, perform variance analyses, and reconcile recorded balances. * Conduct Liability Adequacy Test studies. * Analyze statistical reports and conduct periodic monitoring. * Ensure periodic review processes for actuarial studies—including Opening Claims Average Reserve, assumptions used in actuarial reserve estimation, and reserve consistency tests. * Monitor and respond to regulatory agency queries and support actuarial and accounting audits. \- Acquire end\-to\-end process knowledge and monitor/participate in testing of projects impacting actuarial databases. * Ensure studies and processes fully comply with local regulations. * Provide technical actuarial support to direct and indirect management. * Execute projects within the scope of work and develop new studies upon request/necessity. * Actively contribute (through execution or monitoring) to resolving information and/or process issues identified in other departments. * Map actuarial process improvements to optimize analyses and ensure control execution. **QUALIFICATIONS**: * Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Prior experience in reserves is a plus; * Knowledge of Python and/or SAS is a plus; **WE SUPPORT YOU THROUGHOUT YOUR JOURNEY WITH:** * A welcoming work environment; * Dress code: Be yourself! * Working hours: 7h30/day. * Work model: Hybrid. * UniZurich (our Corporate University); * Birthday Day Off; * Equilíbrio Z (our Health and Well\-being Promotion Program); * University and institutional partnerships and discounts; * Wellhub; * Medical Assistance (extended to spouse and children); * Dental Assistance (extended to spouse and children);; * Childcare/Babysitter Allowance (BRL 502.29 – for children up to 5 years and 11 months); * Zurichers Club (exclusive benefits on Zurich products); \- Language Live \- Platform for English and Spanish courses. * Parental Leave (regardless of marital status, gender, or sexual orientation, for biological and/or adopted children of any age); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing (PLR); * Transportation Allowance or Commuter Bus Reimbursement; * Private Pension Plan (contribute up to 6% of your salary; Zurich matches the same percentage); * Food Allowance – BRL 805.83/month; * Meal Allowance – BRL 1\.042.60/month. * Family Travel Assistance (24/7) * Funeral Assistance for family members (spouse, children, parents, and in\-laws); * Welcome Baby Basket: BRL 673.00 for expenses related to childbirth. * PreviJúnior, a complementary pension plan with a one\-time contribution of BRL 1\.000,00\. * Parents may work remotely during their children’s school holidays (up to age 12). * Pet Assistance (for dogs and cats): Veterinary consultations, surgeries, diagnostic tests, funeral assistance, and more! **LOCATION:** São Paulo, SP.
