The Senior Event Analyst is responsible for organizing and participating in dental industry events, seminars, congresses, trade fairs, conventions, and other related activities, comprehensively managing these initiatives—from planning and execution to results analysis—including financial control, logistics, and team support. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, organize, and execute dental sector events (trade fairs, congresses, seminars, etc.). * Manage FGM-branded events, including briefing, checklists, and results tracking. * Control budgets and expenses via SAP/BI, keeping stakeholders informed. * Support involved teams and coordinate logistics (materials, travel, suppliers). * Develop and monitor OSMs, marketing materials, and event communications. * Verify, ship, and manage inventory of materials and products for events and courses. * Contract suppliers and oversee booth setup when required. * Monitor event outcomes and report to management. * Ensure administrative and financial processes (payments and postings). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields. * Willingness to travel; * Solid experience in corporate event management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel (intermediate to advanced level); * Basic knowledge of: SAP, CRM, and Power BI; **Additional Information*** **Initial Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * Wedding Gift; * Newborn Gift; * Clarear Program: comprehensive health care; * Wellhub (Gympass) * **Benefits After Probation Period:** * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR); * Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance Plan (DentalUni); * Life Insurance; * Partnerships with Educational Institutions; * Partnerships with Language Schools; * Daycare Assistance (subject to company policies); * Education Assistance \| After 12 months (subject to company policies); *Learn more on our careers page via Gupy or on our website (**https://fgmdentalgroup.com**).* **Transform Lives Through Smiles**—this is FGM’s purpose.
