INTERNSHIP CUSTOMER SERVICE **Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM** Stipend: R$1.250,00 per month Education assistance: R$300,00 per month * Serve customers by answering questions, offering products and services, via telephone and in person * Assist in the sale of courses and products. * Provide customer service at the store reception; receive and organize students for courses, monitor customer entry and exit at the store, and guide customers to store bags in the baggage storage area, * Guide customers upon entering the store regarding baggage storage and restrooms * Update student attendance lists and organize student entry for courses; * Assist in separating products for classes and verify their return to the store.
