Organization and control of material inventory. **Job Title:** Shipping Assistant \#500 **Number of Positions:** 01 **Salary:** R$ 2\.244,65 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Work Location:** Curitiba \- Batel. **Job Description:** * Print delivery manifests at 11:00 AM (factory) and 11:30 AM (Bauer shipments); * Release motorcycle couriers with factory shipments after verification, with departures at 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and receive and verify items brought back by couriers from the factory, recording all entries and exits accordingly; * Provide support to motorcycle couriers; * Receive deliveries; * Prepare SEDEX or freight carrier quotations and prepare labels and packaging for dispatch; * Expedite deliveries ready for shipment, seal carrier shipping boxes, and prepare pickup documents for driver signature; * Assist with financial tasks by updating the sales spreadsheet for the unit (generated at Cabral and São José dos Pinhais branches), enabling entry into the system by the Cashier Operator; * Generate delivery manifests for the following day’s 9:00 AM deliveries (Batel and factory), as well as change-of-change reports for those 9:00 AM deliveries; * Prepare next-day morning deliveries (except refrigerated items) based on manifests issued (Batel and factory), advancing the process as much as possible to enable early motorcycle courier release the following morning; * Verify delivery changes requested by Batel Sales; * Update the incident log with information regarding delivery failures and other issues; * Notify Neuvye Sales about any missing deliveries during the shift and print sales adjustments if necessary; * Coordinate with other departments and internal customers regarding deliveries, shipments, and any other information required for smooth process execution; * Deliver sterile medications to the laboratory for pharmacist verification, as shipped from the factory; * Retrieve replacement materials from inventory, such as refrigerator ice, styrofoam, and delivery bags; * Verify that all temperature-sensitive medications have been placed in the refrigerator and laboratory, and check whether any temperature-sensitive items remain pending pickup at the end of the day; * Serve external and internal customers by issuing tracking codes whenever required; * Send monthly delivery reports to each motorcycle courier for verification; * Guide and answer questions from the Apprentice Trainee; * Manage material inventory and request necessary items from supervision, ensuring timely receipt before stock depletion; * Support the Cashier Operator when questions arise regarding motorcycle courier pouches; * Resolve department-related issues while minimizing impact on both customers and the company; * Update the card machine spreadsheet (assigned to motorcycle couriers and Shipping); * Assist in maintaining workplace equipment, as well as general organization and cleanliness whenever necessary; * Comply with company policies, guidelines, and procedures, including any newly introduced ones, as required; Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor, whenever necessary. * **Requirements:** General computer literacy at user level.
