Manage the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (ISO 9001, ANVISA, ANS, WHO), document preparation and control, conducting audits, and tracking corrective actions. Monitor quality indicators and controls for hemocomponents, ensuring traceability, process validation, testing, and inputs. Manage risks, biosafety, and waste, implementing preventive actions. Conduct training and strengthen inter-team communication, ensuring data integrity, management reporting, and continuous process improvement. Support supplier management, deviation analysis, incident investigation, and ensure ethical and regulatory compliance of transfusion processes. **Required Qualifications:** . Knowledge: Quality management, ABNT/ISO standards, hemotherapy legislation, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP/GLP-P), biosafety. .
