Our English Language Teaching (ELT) business in Brazil continues to expand, and we are seeking a Commercial Analyst to join our Sales Operations team in São Paulo.
**About the Role**
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional with strong attention to detail and an interest in supporting sales operations and e\-commerce activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The purpose of this role is to ensure efficient coordination of processes, information flow, and operational execution across sales-related areas. The Commercial Analyst will play a key role in supporting excellence in customer service, order processing, data analysis, report generation, and continuous improvement of commercial processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and prioritize order processing, ensuring adherence to deadlines and service levels
* Manage post\-sales activities, including deliveries, discrepancies, replacements, and customer inquiries
* Support identification of commercial opportunities, ensuring timely actions and effective internal communication
* Manage inventory and demand planning for customized products and adoption kits, in collaboration with internal teams
* Generate, analyze, and distribute sales, performance, and customer reports to support decision-making
* Ensure accurate customer registration and onboarding in internal systems, following compliance procedures and internal controls
* Develop, update, and maintain internal operational manuals, guidelines, and documentation
* Support internal stakeholders through process communication, training, and problem resolution
* Actively contribute to process optimization and efficiency gains within Sales Operations
* Adhere to OUP’s ethical standards, policies, and internal control requirements
**About You**
We seek a collaborative, proactive professional with strong analytical and operational skills who enjoys working at the intersection of sales, data, and customer service.
**Essential Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree
* Solid experience in sales operations, customer service, e\-commerce, or related areas
* Experience with ERP systems, especially in data extraction and analysis
* Proven ability to generate and analyze commercial and operational reports
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive, resilient, and customer-oriented mindset
* Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written)
**Preferred Qualification:**
* English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher
