




Job Summary: Professional responsible for delivery control, logistics, operational administration, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Delivery and logistics control and coordination 2. Operational management of shipments and issuance of invoices (NFs) 3. Support for delivery personnel and customer service 1\. Delivery and Logistics Control o Monitor product flow from laboratories to the counter and motorcycle couriers (motoboys). o Verify delivery addresses and dates, ensuring proper distribution among delivery personnel. o Record completed deliveries and track execution via the application, keeping customers informed. 2\. Operational Administration o Perform front-door screening, receiving shipments and directing them as needed. o Issue invoices (NFs) in accordance with company regulations. o Obtain freight carrier quotations and request taxis or other transportation means when necessary. 3\. Operational Support o Support couriers (motoboys) in their activities, expediting the delivery process and assisting in resolving incidents en route. o Maintain constant communication with couriers to ensure deliveries and pickups occur within scheduled timeframes and as planned. 4\. Customer Service and After\-Sales Support: o Contact customers to confirm deliveries, payment methods, and presence for receipt. o Conduct after\-sales follow\-up, responding to delivery inquiries and complaints via WhatsApp and telephone.
