Leadership support and support to various company departments **Responsibilities:** * Support administrative process and internal routine management; * Manage and track company documents, contracts, and files; * Record, verify, and control accounts payable and receivable; * Assist in cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliations; * Prepare managerial reports and presentations; * Support finance, accounting, and procurement departments when required; * Provide operational and administrative support to leadership. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role or in administrative areas; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail; * Good verbal and written communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * ERP system knowledge; * Experience with financial routines; * Intermediate English proficiency.
