Responsible for opening and closing the store according to the hours and rules established by the company; Manage and monitor branch performance regarding margin, revenue, volume, costs, and key pre\-established KPIs; Responsible for cash flow and bank deposits; Manage the store team, monitoring and developing staff in their tasks and responsibilities to ensure sales performance; Carry out administrative procedures related to hiring, termination, and vacation. Manage overtime and timekeeping records for store employees, ensuring all staff correctly clock in and out at the start and end of their shifts; Manage inventory through monthly stocktaking, as well as daily monitoring and counting of stock levels and items moved.
