Here, your work drives **efficiency, intelligence, and innovation**. **The challenge:** We are looking for a **Full Stack Tech Lead** with strong experience in **Golang** and **React** to join our engineering team, leading a small team of developers and working on one of the company’s most strategic projects — with high visibility and cross-functional collaboration across multiple business areas. We seek an autonomous professional who owns end-to-end outcomes, possesses solid experience in microservices and event-driven architecture, and can independently drive technical decisions. **Responsibilities and duties** * Design, build, and maintain backend services in Go and frontend applications in React; * Lead and mentor a team of developers, including code reviews, technical guidance, and sprint planning — ensuring high standards of quality, testing, and documentation; * Architect and evolve microservice-based systems, defining service boundaries, APIs, and data ownership; * Design and implement event-driven architectures (e.g., message queues, pub/sub, event sourcing) to support scalable and decoupled systems; * Define, track, and report engineering metrics (velocity, deployment frequency, error rate, latency, uptime, code quality) to inform technical and performance decisions; * Make technical decisions independently, escalating only when necessary; * Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps on release planning and production issue resolution; * Identify technical debt, participate in architecture reviews, and contribute to technical roadmaps by proposing and executing improvement plans; * Evaluate and integrate AI/LLM capabilities (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, or similar models) into products and internal tools — including designing AI agent workflows (tool usage, multi-step reasoning, orchestration) to automate processes or enhance product features. **Requirements and qualifications** * 5+ years of professional software development experience, with solid hands-on expertise in both **Go (Golang)** and **React**; * Proven experience designing and maintaining production microservice architectures, including event-driven/asynchronous systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, SQS, or similar); * Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring small teams, with proven ability to work autonomously and drive projects to completion without constant supervision; * Strong knowledge of RESTful and/or gRPC API design, relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, etc.), and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes); * Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes); * Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure); * Strong knowledge of observability practices: logging, monitoring, alerting, and tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, etc.); * Excellent attention to detail, with a track record of writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code; * Strong communication skills, with ease presenting metrics and technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; * Practical knowledge of **LLM-based tools** (e.g., Claude, GPT, Copilot) to accelerate development, and interest in applying AI/agent approaches to real-world product problems. **Additional information** #### **For your well-being, we offer:** * PJ contract model; * 13th salary; * Paid vacation (30 days); * Equipment provision; * Flexible meal and mobility allowances via card; * Health insurance with co-payment (SulAmérica); * Birthday day off; * Free Guanabara Group bus tickets; * Performance-based bonus (PLR). **Additionally, for your experience, we provide:** * A collaborative, data-driven environment; * Continuous learning and real business challenges; * No dress code; * Remote work.
