Brilho dos Cabelos, with over 20 years of experience in human hair, organic hair, wigs, and accessories, is looking for a Social Media Analyst to strengthen our digital communication and build meaningful connections with our customers. With 5 stores located in Rio de Janeiro, we are expanding rapidly and seeking a professional who shares our passion for what we do! Work location: Rio de Janeiro Responsibilities: \- Creation and management of content for Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp, focusing on product promotion, special offers, and brand campaigns. \- Video and photo editing: Produce high-quality, creative audiovisual content that conveys Brilho dos Cabelos’ identity and values. \- Development of content planning and publishing calendars to ensure posting consistency and alignment with brand objectives. \- Audience interaction: Manage comments, messages, and engagement, ensuring smooth and personalized communication with our followers. \- Performance tracking: Monitor engagement and growth metrics across social platforms and generate reports to optimize campaigns and strategies. \- Research on social media trends and innovations to ensure content remains up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices. Qualifications: \- Minimum proven 3-year experience in social media management, with emphasis on social content creation (experience in the beauty segment is a plus). \- Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus). \- Proficiency in video and photo editing using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar software. \- Strong written communication skills and ability to produce creative, appealing content focused on the target audience. \- Proactivity and autonomy to propose ideas, analyze data, and continuously improve social media processes. \- Preferred: Basic knowledge of the human hair, organic hair, and wig industry.
