**Job Details** -------------------- **Key challenges for this role and team:** Strategically contribute to the establishment, maintenance, and evolution of Information Security Governance, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and internal policies. **About the team:** The Information Security team is responsible for protecting an organization's data and systems against unauthorized access, data breaches, cyberattacks, and any threat that could compromise information integrity. Your primary focus is ensuring three essential pillars: confidentiality (access only by authorized individuals), integrity (accurate data, not improperly altered), and availability (information accessible whenever needed). To achieve this, the role involves risk management, implementation of security controls, incident monitoring, regulatory compliance, and user awareness initiatives. This team operates strategically to protect digital assets, ensure business continuity, and maintain client and partner trust. **Key responsibilities:** * Analyze and handle low- to medium-complexity security incidents * Conduct and monitor vulnerability assessments and action plans * Support audits and ensure compliance with standards and policies * Provide technical support to junior analysts and promote best practices * Drive continuous improvement of security controls * Perform analytical and operational activities, actively participating in investigations, control enhancements, alert tuning, and technical support to junior analysts. **We are looking for someone who has:** * Completed undergraduate degree in IT or related fields * Proven experience in Information Security or related areas * Knowledge of: ISO 27001, NIST, LGPD, networking, systems, security tools, and IT/IS Governance. **Tools and Technologies** SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, DLP, email security solutions, on-premises and cloud environments, IT/IS Governance.
