We are seeking a **Senior DevOps Analyst** with prior experience and *background* as a developer to work on a strategic project. The candidate will serve as the liaison between infrastructure, development, QA, and database teams, responsible for automating CI/CD pipelines and maintaining and orchestrating highly critical cloud-based containerized environments. **Work Model:** **100% REMOTE** (Home Office) **Employment Type:** Full-time CLT Key Responsibilities * **Orchestration \& DevOps:** Implement, optimize, and manage DevOps practices, ensuring continuous integration and maintenance of containerized environments (**Docker / AWS ECS**). * **Automation:** Define and execute advanced automation strategies for CI/CD pipelines. * **Monitoring \& Troubleshooting:** Monitor metrics and perform *troubleshooting* during critical situations to ensure rapid incident resolution and high availability. * **Culture of Improvement:** Actively participate in optimizing and evolving development, engineering, and delivery processes. Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. * **Hybrid Profile/Background:** Prior experience as a **Developer**, with knowledge of the **Java** stack. * Solid experience with containerized environments (**Docker** and **AWS ECS**). * Practical experience with version control and CI/CD tools (**AWS Pipeline**, **Git**, and **Jenkins**). * Experience with cloud platforms (**AWS** and **GCP**), including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (**CloudFormation**). * Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools (**AWS CloudWatch**, **SNS**, and **Zabbix**). Nice-to-Have (Desirable Requirements) * In-depth experience with AWS cloud networking services (**VPC**, **Transit Gateway**, **Route 53**, etc.). * Familiarity with agile methodologies (**Kanban / Lean**).
