We are building a new generation of software engineering based on Specification\-Driven Development (SDD) and Agentic Engineering. In this model, the role of the senior developer is to shift away from traditional engineering. Here, we expect you to evolve from manually writing code to becoming a professional focused on crafting excellent technical specifications, defining clear acceptance criteria, and orchestrating AI agents to generate high-performance code. You will combine the best of traditional software engineering (clean architecture and testing) with the productivity of AI-assisted development. **Responsibilities** * AI-Assisted Development: Actively use code assistants and AI agents daily to accelerate feature delivery, refactorings, and bug diagnostics. * Technical Refinement and Specification: Translate user stories and business requirements into clear, structured technical specifications (SDD) that serve as perfect input for AI tools. * Quality Assurance and Guardrails: Write robust automated tests (unit, integration, and contract tests) to validate and safeguard AI-generated code, ensuring business rules are enforced. * Maintenance and Evolution: Develop and maintain microservices supporting our logistics mesh, ensuring clean, secure, and performant code. * Collaboration and Enablement: Support the team in adopting best practices in Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and AI\-Native tool usage. **Requirements** * Proven hands-on experience as a software developer using mainstream programming languages (e.g., Java, Node.js, or .NET). * Solid understanding of Software Architecture (REST APIs, microservices concepts, messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ). * Familiarity with relational and non\-relational (NoSQL) databases. * Experience with automated testing and CI/CD concepts. * Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Active and fluent use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar in your current workflow. * Ability to craft efficient prompts (Prompt Engineering) for code, test, and documentation generation. * Genuine curiosity and desire to specialize in agentic development workflows. **Nice-to-Haves** * Basic understanding of how AI agent ecosystems work (*Agentic Workflows*). * Prior experience in the Logistics sector. * Knowledge of DevOps culture and delivery metrics (DORA Metrics / 4 Key Metrics). * Familiarity with Platform Engineering. **Work Model** We operate under a fully remote model, offering flexibility while maintaining virtual interaction with the team to ensure effective collaboration and continuous growth. ‘’If you seek an environment of growth and challenges, come be happy!’’ Our values unite us, and our differences empower us as a group.
