Main responsibilities: * Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, staff, and vehicles; * Identify and authorize access according to site regulations; * Receive correspondence, parcels, and service providers; * Monitor suspicious activities and report incidents; * Maintain order, security, and proper operation of the entrance; * Record information and incidents when necessary; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Good communication skills and professional demeanor; * Responsibility, attentiveness, and commitment; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule\. * Working hours: 07:00 to 19:00 Compensation: R$1\.639,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
