And this is only the beginning. ### **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Serve as a **Senior Scrum Master** on a strategic project focused on **vehicle manufacturing**, promoting agile practices and continuous team evolution; * Facilitate agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and delivery flow; * Support squads and stakeholders in adopting and maturing agile practices within the **SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)** context; * Remove impediments, mediate conflicts, and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment; * Work closely with business, engineering, and cross-functional teams, connecting diverse areas to ensure objective alignment; * Support dependency, risk, and communication management across teams in a complex, multicultural environment; * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, agile metrics, and operational efficiency. ### **Requirements and qualifications:** * Proven experience as a **Senior Scrum Master**; * Solid understanding and hands-on experience with **SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)** concepts; * Experience extending beyond software-only contexts, with broad business and operations awareness; * Maturity in people management, discussion facilitation, and conflict mediation; * Resilience and adaptability to thrive in **multicultural and dynamic environments**; ### **Not mandatory, but valued:** * Experience in the **automotive sector** or industrial/manufacturing contexts; * Business knowledge related to supply chain, operations, or upstream processes; * Degree in **Engineering** or close experience with technical/industrial areas; * Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent). ### **Work model** * Availability for **in-person work four times per week in São José dos Pinhais/Curitiba (PR)**. ### **What’s it like to work at Skopia?** Here, you’ll find an environment where Results, Creativity, Pragmatism, Commitment, Authority, and Performance guide everyday work.
