***Important:\- The employee will also receive commissions on sales.*** **The role includes:** Carrying out direct sales activities, focusing on prospecting new clients, presenting products/services, and closing low-complexity sales. Contacting clients to schedule visits; Conducting sales, presenting products/services, clarifying doubts, and providing post-sales support; Prospecting new clients to expand the company's customer base and increase sales; Applying negotiation techniques to close sales and achieve established targets; Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients to foster loyalty; Monitoring orders and delivery deadlines, ensuring customer satisfaction; Preparing visit and client prospecting reports for submission to the Commercial Manager; Attending meetings and training sessions whenever required; Maintaining frequent contact with clients to promote a positive relationship between clients and the company and to carry out post-sales procedures; Preparing sales reports, analyzing results, and proposing improvements; Performing other tasks related to the role. **Required Skills:** \- Excellent communication \- Interpersonal skills \- Empathy \- Resilience \- Organization \- Negotiation ability \- Basic computer skills. **High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred)** Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: Starting from R$2\.058,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Company mobile phone * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
