As a Sales Assistant, your challenges will be: Attending to our customers in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp, demonstrating that hassle-free service is our key differentiator! Proactive prospecting: identifying opportunities, making calls, following up on quotes, and seeking new stories to build together with us. Closely tracking orders, keeping customers informed, and ensuring the kind of experience that brings them back repeatedly. Supporting those already on the front line (our sales representatives!) by assisting with quotes and anything else that accelerates sales. Updating our system and keeping everything organized—here, chaos has no place! Learning: our routine includes internal research and continuous training on products and sales techniques. Collaborating in post-sales activities, gathering feedback and monitoring customer satisfaction. Teamwork: zero individual spotlight—everyone wears the jersey and works together to make things happen! Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Requirements We are looking for someone who has: A strong drive for results, determination, responsibility, and eagerness to learn! Strong communication skills and natural commercial flair (straightforward yet charismatic!). Experience working in dynamic environments and learning new things daily. Proficiency in digital customer service (WhatsApp, internal systems) and follow-up management. Desirable: familiarity with spreadsheets and prior experience in customer service or sales. Must have: Completed high school. Previous experience in sales or customer service counts significantly. Ambition to grow within the commercial area.
