We seek a dynamic, proactive individual who does not merely sell footwear but delivers an outstanding experience to our customers. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing consultative and customer experience-focused service. • Maintaining impeccable organization of the department and display windows. • Assisting with inventory control and product restocking. • Actively contributing to achieving the store’s monthly sales targets. • Using social media (Instagram/WhatsApp) for customer relationship management and post-sales support. What we’re looking for (Requirements): • Communicative, agile profile with affinity for engaging with young customers. • Proactive attitude (someone who “makes things happen” without needing to be prompted). • Genuine interest in sales and negotiation. • Flexible availability (shopping mall/commercial schedule). • Advantage: Prior experience in footwear retail is a strong plus!
