Customer support and guidance regarding the certification process. **Job Description:** Main responsibilities: Conduct in-person and video-based support for digital certificate validation; Verify and validate personal and legal documents in compliance with ICP-Brasil standards; Ensure adherence to information security procedures and policies; Provide customers with support and guidance on the certification process; Assist with administrative and operational routines at the service point. **Requirements:** Requirements: Completed high school education; Attention to detail, responsibility, and professional demeanor; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office. **Minimum Education Level:** High School **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Day Off; Total Pass; Career development plan; Human-centered work environment.
