Adeste, a market leader in food, health, and animal nutrition, is seeking a **Quality Assistant** to join our team! What do we expect from you? We seek professionals with drive and an owner's mindset, committed to achieving extraordinary results. **Responsibilities and duties** What will your responsibilities and challenges be? * Monitor and approve all incoming raw materials. Conduct visual inspections of packaging labels for all raw materials in each shipment, verify the product description on the invoice, confirm the presence of the CSN – National Sanitary Certificate, open the trailer, and check ambient temperature; * Visually inspect all internal and external facilities, assessing overall organization, identification on drums and carts, and verifying that ovens maintain the correct temperature as specified by production control (audit) and all GMP requirements; * Receive containers for loading finished products for export, verifying all data required for issuance of the CSI – International Sanitary Certificate and release for loading; * Complete traceability forms and support inspections conducted by regulatory agencies including MAPA, CETESB, and INMETRO; * Monitor the pest control program and coordinate with the third-party service provider responsible for pest control (CIP – Integrated Pest Control); * Verify invoices for pest control and effluent treatment services, forward them for payment processing, and serve as the liaison between service providers and Biopet; verify service invoices and record them in specific control logs and the PROTHEUS system; * Perform administrative routines, including issuing and maintaining documents and records, both physical and digital; * Conduct daily APPCC (*Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points*) checklists; * Conduct pre-operational and operational checklists; * Request laboratory quotations and collect samples of finished products and water, then submit them for laboratory analysis according to each client’s and/or destination country’s requirements. **Requirements and qualifications** What will we evaluate? * Technical education in progress or completed in related fields. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Quality tools; * Quality Management Systems; * Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and NBR 13905 standards; * Prior experience in administrative and/or laboratory routines; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Quality Policy. **Additional information** #### **Why Adeste?** * **Limitless learning**: With **Adesteflix**, our development platform, you’ll find courses, learning paths, and content to enhance both technical and behavioral skills—on your own schedule and from anywhere. * **People-first culture**: We foster collaboration, ownership, initiative, and determination to achieve extraordinary results. * **Room to grow**: We encourage every individual to take ownership of their career journey and pursue growth opportunities. * **Continuous feedback culture**: Because every exchange can spark new learning and development. * **Educational partnerships**: We partner with academic institutions offering discounts and special conditions to support our employees’ academic and professional development. #### **Location of this opportunity** * We operate in **8 locations**, and this position is based at our **Botucatu \- SP site.** * We value diversity and promote an inclusive environment.
