**Position/Function:** Administrative Intern **Compensation:** R$ 1\.200,00 **Function/Description of Activities:** * Participate in the execution and structuring of consulting projects — from diagnosis to implementation and ongoing monitoring; * Maintain direct client relationships, ensuring clients feel supported throughout all project stages; * Serve as the liaison between the client and the team: ensure information flows smoothly, deadlines are met, and no pending items remain unresolved; * Control and organize project schedules and follow\-ups for ongoing projects, as well as activity tracking. **Prerequisites:** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Business Management, Commercial Management, or related fields (from the 2nd semester onward); * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Good verbal and written communication skills; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive; **Preferred Qualifications:** · Technical knowledge in sales and/or commercial experience; · Technical sales knowledge: sales funnel, prospecting, negotiation. **Desired Qualities:** Communicative, proactive individual with ease in building relationships, professional demeanor, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, commitment to results, and interest in professional growth. **Position Objective:** Support the consulting team in organizing and executing administrative routines and client relationship activities. **Residence Requirement:** Americana and surrounding region. **Travel Availability:** No. **Benefits:** · Transportation voucher (VT); · Meal/food voucher (VR/VA) (R$ 300,00\). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break). **Work Location:** Americana \- SP Payment: R$1\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Currently pursuing or having interrupted undergraduate studies (Mandatory) Experience: * Customer service experience (Mandatory) Workplace: On\-site
