Learn more about **ed** by visiting our *Careers Page*: We are hiring a **Senior QA** to join the ed team! **REMOTE** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, design, review, and execute functional, exploratory, regression, integration, and user acceptance test scenarios and cases. * Ensure delivery quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle. * Log, track, and manage bugs, user stories, tasks, and test evidence using Azure DevOps. * Participate in agile ceremonies, collaborating on acceptance criteria definition and test strategy. * Create and maintain technical documentation related to testing processes. * Validate web applications, enterprise systems, ERPs, and portals to ensure compliance with business requirements. * Support developers and Product Owners in identifying, reproducing, and resolving defects. * Perform testing on system integrations and validate complex business rules. * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, standards, and best practices in software quality. * Support test automation initiatives where applicable. **Requirements and Qualifications** What enhances your chances: * Knowledge of performance and load testing. * Experience in Microsoft Azure environments. * Certifications in Software Quality, ISTQB, or Azure. * Experience in large-scale enterprise system projects. * Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). * Experience in REST API testing. * Experience in projects involving multiple system integrations. **Must-have qualifications:** * Solid experience as a QA Analyst in software development projects. * Experience in planning, designing, executing, and documenting functional, exploratory, regression, integration, and user acceptance tests. * Experience building test scenarios and cases using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodology. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), as well as traditional project methodologies. * Experience managing defects, test evidence, user stories, and test traceability using Azure DevOps. * Experience validating web applications, enterprise systems, integrations, and business rules. * Experience testing APIs using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools. * Knowledge of SQL queries for data validation. * Experience testing applications developed in .NET and Angular. * Participation in testing projects involving any of the following market solutions: TOTVS RM and/or Protheus and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Microsoft Power Apps. * Proven experience testing applications built on Drupal, including validation of templates created in Figma. * Knowledge of software quality best practices, requirement traceability, and test evidence management. *Soft Skills:* * Excellent analytical ability and critical thinking. * Attention to detail and focus on delivery quality. * Strong organizational and priority management skills. * Clear and concise communication. * Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams. * Collaborative and proactive mindset. * Sense of responsibility and commitment. * Problem investigation and resolution capability. * Adaptability to changing contexts and shifting priorities. **Employment Type: CLT** **Work Mode: Remote** **Our Standard Benefits** * Meal/Voucher Card; * Home Office Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Funeral Assistance; **Our Flexible Benefits** * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Education Assistance; * Additional credit on benefits card – Meal/Voucher Card; * Credit on benefits card – Mobility; * Pet Plan – PetLove; * Total Pass Plan – TP1+; **Ready to embark on this challenge with us?** Apply now and help create the future with ed
