The pharmacist is responsible for ensuring technical assistance and accurate guidance to customers, guaranteeing the safe use of medications, compliance with sanitary regulations, and control of medications subject to specific legislation. The role includes delivering pharmaceutical services—such as vaccine administration, rapid testing, and pharmaceutical care—as well as supporting the team in implementing good practices and preparing for regulatory inspections. **Required Competencies:** * Acting ethically, confidentially, and professionally, ensuring information confidentiality and adherence to internal company policies. * Discipline to rigorously follow established processes, procedures, and regulations. * Emotional Intelligence to maintain balance, emotional control, and professional conduct, even in adverse situations. * Meticulousness and full attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks performed. * Proactivity to anticipate problems, take initiative, and act swiftly to resolve demands. * Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate, listen, understand, and respect colleagues and customers, fostering a harmonious and collaborative environment. * Responsibility: Taking tasks and decisions seriously, along with their impact on customer service and pharmacy operations. * Teamwork: Collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals with the team. **Responsibilities:** * Conducting verification of controlled medications upon stock receipt (batch number, ANVISA registration, and quantity) and maintaining an updated report. * Controlling the sale of controlled medications through prescription retention and submission to competent authorities (ANVISA, SIVISA). * Responding to inspections by regulatory agencies (CRF, SIVISA). * Providing pharmaceutical services to customers, including guidance on correct medication usage and dosage. * Developing and conducting team training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Supervising and guiding the administration of injectables. * Administering vaccines. * Monitoring and guiding pharmaceutical care services, such as blood pressure, temperature, blood glucose measurements, and rapid tests—including COVID-19 testing. * Supporting the team in complying with ordinances, dispensing controlled medications, and implementing ANVISA Resolutions (RDCs). * Ensuring compliance with current sanitary regulations and legislation. * Providing customer service aimed at offering guidance and responsibly facilitating sales. * Performing other related duties as required by the pharmacy.
