We seek a professional with strong operational leadership skills and an industrial mindset to structure, manage, and operate the company’s PCP (Production Control and Planning), directly overseeing factory scheduling, timelines, productive capacity, and industrial KPIs. The professional will lead the planning team and control the flow of industrial Jobs—from production preparation through project closure. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the PCP department Structure and monitor production schedules Develop manufacturing routings Monitor productive capacity and bottlenecks Manage the master industrial schedule Track physical progress of production Generate management reports and KPIs Support factory prioritization Ensure integration among engineering, procurement, and production Drive continuous improvement in industrial planning **Key tasks:** Create and update schedules in MS Project/Wrike Plan factory workload Control critical deliveries Manage production alignment meetings Issue performance reports Analyze industrial productivity Monitor schedule deviations Close and finalize JOBS Analyze operational efficiency Manage production priorities **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in MS Project Experience with Industrial ERP systems Advanced Excel **Preferred:** Experience in furniture manufacturing, retail, or visual communications industries.
