Job Summary: This junior apprentice will assist in organizing and verifying transportation documents, supporting the logistics team in administrative routines. Key Highlights: 1. We do not want to merely watch the future unfold. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify Electronic Transportation Bills (CT\-e), checking deadlines and issuance data; * Update and maintain organized spreadsheets for carrier invoice control; * Support the organization of digital documents and departmental records; * Collaborate with the team on administrative routines within the Logistics area. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets for spreadsheet updating and control; * Ability to use professional e\-mail appropriately for internal and external communication.
