Then this position might be for you! **ADVWG INFORMATICA** is looking for an **IT Intern** to support user assistance and help with infrastructure-related tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Assisting with user support (in-person and remote) * Helping configure computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals * Providing support for resolving basic system and application issues * Supporting simple IT infrastructure requests * Logging and tracking support tickets, all properly documented ? What we expect from you: * Basic computer knowledge (Windows, applications, and peripherals) * Introductory networking concepts (Wi\-Fi, internet, IP) * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) * Organizational skills to follow processes and document support interactions * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Who we are looking for: Someone eager to learn, curious, responsible, and enthusiastic about teamwork.
