Human Resources – Recruitment and Selection

We are looking for an HR professional with solid experience in recruitment and selection to strategically and operationally support our talent attraction and selection processes. \*Responsibilities:\* \* Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for various levels and departments; \* Align candidate profiles with hiring managers; \* Post job openings on recruitment channels and screen resumes; \* Conduct competency-based interviews, group activities, and administer assessments, when required; \* Prepare evaluation reports and support managers in decision-making; \* Perform executive search and market mapping for strategic positions; \* Monitor departmental metrics and propose improvements to selection processes; \* Support onboarding and integration of new employees. \*Requirements:\* \* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; \* Extensive and proven experience in recruitment and selection; \* Experience handling operational, administrative, and strategic roles; \* Knowledge of competency-based interviews and selection techniques; \* Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills and strategic vision.
