As a Human Resources Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing people-related processes across the organization. Your responsibilities span multiple areas—from recruitment and selection through professional development to maintaining a healthy and productive work environment. Your typical day will include: * High-performance management: conducting feedback meetings with all teams, aligning individual OKRs and KPIs. * One-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, Personal Development Plans (PDPs), organizational climate surveys, leadership assessments, and organizational climate management. * Recruitment processes: reviewing received resumes to identify candidates meeting minimum job requirements. * Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. * Conducting initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. * Assisting in onboarding new employees—including preparing documentation, collecting information, and guiding them on internal policies. * Maintaining up-to-date records—including onboarding documents, employment contracts, and other relevant files. * Supporting benefits administration—answering employee questions and assisting in resolving issues related to health insurance, meal vouchers, etc. * Keeping HR systems and databases updated with accurate and confidential employee information. * Assisting in implementing and administering performance evaluation programs—collecting feedback and supporting result analysis. * Recording and managing absences, vacations, and leaves. * Solides software. Here are the job requirements: * Prior experience in Human Resources; * Fast typing speed and ability to quickly learn new systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR management systems. * Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates, employees, and managers. * Attention to Detail: Accuracy in task execution, document review, and record maintenance to prevent errors. * Organization: Ability to efficiently organize tasks, documents, and information. * Teamwork: Capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and hierarchical levels. Weekly Working Hours: CLT employment model, 44 hours per week. Team activities occur Monday through Friday during business hours—8 AM to 6 PM (full availability required). Work Mode: 100% in-person, with potential future hybrid arrangement based on performance.
