Job Summary: Supervise fleet operations and maintenance to ensure efficiency and safety, while leading and developing the team. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the efficiency of transportation and fleet operations. 2. Lead and support the team, fostering a collaborative environment. 3. Implement and monitor best practices for safety. **Responsibilities:** Ensure efficiency of transportation and fleet operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and internal policies; Monitor and approve daily reports, operational costs, and vehicle documentation, optimizing fleet utilization and reducing downtime; Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, authorizing minor operational adjustments and proposing corrective and preventive actions as needed; Lead and support the team, fostering a collaborative environment, mediating conflicts, and encouraging employee development; Implement and monitor best practices for safety, ensuring legal and internal compliance; Conduct periodic internal audits and lead initiatives to improve the work environment and operations; Manage daily task assignments according to operational demands and safeguard the company's physical and asset security. Requirements: High school diploma; Preferred: currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Experience in fleet supervision or related roles; **Knowledge of:** Maintenance processes for light and heavy diesel vehicles; Fundamentals of fleet and logistics management; Tools for monitoring operational costs and fleet performance.
