JOB OPENING: **SUBLIMATION PRESS OPERATOR** We are hiring a **Sublimation Press Operator** to work at a graphic industry company located in the **Santa Maria** neighborhood. We seek a careful, agile, and responsible professional with attention to detail and commitment to the final quality of products. ***Responsibilities:*** Operate thermal press machines for sublimation on various products; Prepare materials for pressing, verifying artwork, placement, temperature, pressure, and time; Apply sublimation to customized items such as t-shirts, mugs, water bottles, mouse pads, promotional items, and similar products; Inspect print quality after pressing; Organize products before and after production; Assist with finishing, packaging, and order sorting; Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure equipment is in good working condition; Follow company standards for production, quality, and safety. ***Requirements:*** Experience in cutting, sublimation, or graphic production is a plus; Attention to detail and care in handling products; Agility, organization, and responsibility regarding deadlines; Ability to work well in a team; Commitment to quality and finishing; Availability to work on-site in the Santa Maria neighborhood. ***Salary:*** **Starting from BRL 1\.658,00 \+ benefits**, potentially higher depending on experience and technical level. ***Benefits:*** Meal allowance: **BRL 19.00 per day**; Transportation allowance: **BRL 10.80 per day**; Discount club; Family allowance; Generous attendance bonus; Real and regularly reviewed career advancement plan; Work environment offering professional development opportunities; Growth potential based on performance and technical progression.
