**Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a Doorman responsible for controlling access of people, vehicles, and service providers, ensuring the security and organization of the premises. We are looking for attentive, communicative professionals committed to courteous and efficient service. Key responsibilities: Control entry and exit of residents, employees, visitors, and suppliers; Perform identification and grant access according to internal procedures; Monitor movements within the premises; Receive packages and correspondence; Record incidents and information in a system or logbook; Answer telephone calls and provide guidance when necessary; Support maintaining order and security on-site. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education; Strong verbal communication skills; Basic computer knowledge; Flexibility regarding working hours; Ethical conduct, attentiveness, and responsibility. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Previous experience as a doorman, access controller, or receptionist; Training course in doorman, access control, or security; Knowledge of monitoring systems and cameras; Strong aptitude for public service. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO PREFERENCE **Salary:** ------------ $2,029\.22 **Benefits:** --------------- * Transportation Allowance: R$11.00 per workday * Meal Allowance: R$46.38 per workday * Health Insurance Plan after permanent placement at a post * SESC Benefits **Work Location:** ---------------------- 5 ESTRELAS SERVICOS DE APOIO **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
