The candidate must have an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and advanced technical abilities to handle monitoring, support, continuous improvement, and development of new solutions. **Requirements** * Experience in Java development with focus on maintenance and evolution of enterprise applications. * Experience with Batch routines, including analysis, development, and maintenance of high-volume batch processing, emphasizing performance, stability, and reliability. * Experience with the Spring ecosystem: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, and Spring Security. * Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle and SQL Server) and non-relational databases (Redis). * Experience with AWS cloud services. * Experience with Git for source code versioning. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with DataStage for development and maintenance of ETL processes and integration of large volumes of data. * Familiarity with development tools such as IntelliJ IDEA and Eclipse. * Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Kibana, Elastic, Dynatrace). * Experience with API integration and management platforms (Sensedia and MuleSoft). * Familiarity with API clients such as Postman and Insomnia. * Experience with SOA architecture and REST API development, including documentation using Swagger. * Knowledge of API Gateway. * Experience automating pipelines using Jenkins. * Experience with demand management tools such as Jira. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban). * Experience creating scripts to automate tasks. * Experience in insurance-sector projects. **Who is Insi?** We are a consultancy specialized in digital transformation.
